aitutors.me gives your child a faculty of AI tutors that live inside Claude — the AI assistant made by Anthropic. You subscribe once, add a single connector (a connector is how Claude talks to an outside service like ours), and the tutors appear in every Claude chat on every device your child uses. No separate app, no extra downloads.

Your tutors

Mentor is a warm, wellbeing-first guide. Every session starts with Mentor, who asks how your child is feeling and decides whether it is a good day to study. When the answer is yes, Mentor brings in the right subject tutor.

The subject tutors are specialists — one for each KS3 subject (Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, and Geography). They all teach the same way: they guide your child to the answer by asking questions, one step at a time, rather than just handing it over. See Meet the faculty for the full roster.

What "a connector" means

A connector is a short link you add to your Claude account that allows Claude to talk to an outside service. You paste three values (a name, a server address, and your personal ID) into Claude's settings once. After that, your tutors are available in every new chat — on the web, on the desktop app, and on mobile.

One connector for everything

You only add it once on claude.ai (web). It then syncs automatically to Claude Desktop and Claude mobile for any device signed into the same Claude account. There is nothing to install on each device separately.

What you need

• A Claude account — the free tier is enough. One connector is all you need.
• An active aitutors.me subscription. The 14-day free trial costs nothing today; your first payment of £14/month (UK VAT included) is only charged after day 14 if you decide to stay.

Trust, safety, and your data

aitutors.me is designed for UK secondary students and complies with UK GDPR. The account belongs to the parent, and you stay in control. Conversation logs are deleted on a rolling 30-day basis. Your child's conversations are never used to train any AI model.

Safeguarding is built in. If Mentor detects any sign of distress or difficulty, it stops the session immediately and replies with a referral to Childline (0800 1111). This behaviour is hard-coded and cannot be overridden.
