Four steps
Words in bold below are exactly what ChatGPT calls things on screen.
- Step 1
Switch to Work
There's a Chat / Work switcher at the top of the window. Plugins only exist under Work.Work the second half of ChatGPT, for work accounts — the tutors can only be added there.

Turn on Developer mode
Settings → Security and login. Not under Connectors — that menu has gone.Developer mode a switch that lets you add tools OpenAI hasn't listed itself. You won't be writing any code.

The Plugins page, with the add button in the top right. Plugins - Step 4
Fill in three things
A name and description of your choosing, then our address under Connection. Create the connection, look over the tutors it finds, and sign in.Connection the address ChatGPT calls to reach the tutors. It's the one value that has to be exact.sign in we ask once, so the tutors know which subscription is yours. Nothing new to pay for.
Server URLhttps://aitutors.me/mcpIf the form offers Client ID or Client Secret, leave both blank — our server registers ChatGPT itself, so there's nothing to copy across.
The new-plugin form: a name, a description, and the server address under Connection. NameAI TutorsDescriptionMy child's tutorsConnectionhttps://aitutors.me/mcpCreate the connection
You'll know it worked when…
…the tutors are listed on the Plugins page and the connection reads as connected. Open a new chat under Work, switch the plugin on for it, and send:

Start a session with Mentor — I want to do some maths.Using Codex instead?
Codex — the CLI, the IDE extension, and the one built into the ChatGPT desktop app — takes a settings file rather than a plugin. Codex setup →
