01What do I get for £14 today?

Everything. Mentor plus all seven subject professors — maths, English, biology, chemistry, physics, history and geography — on a single connection you add to Claude. No per-subject add-ons, no upsells. It is the full faculty for one flat price.

02Why is the all-access price shown as a range?

Because we haven't fixed the final number yet. After the founding window we move to a tiered model, and rather than invent a price we can't stand behind, we've published an honest range (£39–£90/month) and will confirm the exact figure before 1 September 2026. The point is simple: all-access will cost more later than the £14 you can lock in now.

03What happens to my price after 1 September 2026?

If you join during the founding window, your £14 base price is held for your child's academic life — it never rises while you stay subscribed. All-access across every subject is included as a founding bonus for an introductory period after the switch. New families who join after the window get the standard tiered pricing instead.

04I have two children — do I pay twice?

No. One subscription, one connection. Mentor keeps each child's context separate within your household, so siblings can share the same account and pick up where they each left off. Dedicated multi-child controls in the parent dashboard are on the roadmap.

05Is VAT included? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes to both. The £14 is UK VAT-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial (card on file, billed after day 14), and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time, no penalty.
