Four things we refuse to do

Read this before you put your name to anything.

  • We don’t hand over answers. Writing the paragraph for a child is how they lose the subject.
  • We don’t train on conversations. Not one line. It’s in the terms.
  • We don’t push a tired child. When Mentor reads red, the recommendation is rest.
  • We’re not a black box to parents. Full transcripts and the progress map, always visible.

A tutor that gives the answer is a tutor that teaches nothing. There is no fifth rung.
