Your aitutors.me account is intentionally simple — no password to create, no complex settings to manage. This page covers how sign-in works, how to update your email, and what happens to your data.

aitutors.me uses passwordless sign-in — there is no password to create or remember. When you want to sign in, you enter your email address and we send you a magic link.

  1. Go to aitutors.me/auth/login and enter your email.
  2. Check your inbox for an email from Mentor from AI Tutors (sent from hello@mail.aitutors.me).
  3. Click the link in that email. You are signed in immediately and taken to your install page.

The email arrives within a minute or two. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Magic links are single-use and expire quickly

Each link works once and expires after a short time. If you click it and see a message saying the link is expired or invalid, just go back and request a fresh one — then click the new link promptly rather than leaving it in your inbox.

Some email apps pre-scan links for security, which can consume the link before you click it. If this happens, requesting a fresh link and clicking it straight away will work.

Changing your email address

At the moment, email changes need to be done via support. Send a message to hello@aitutors.me from your current account email, tell us the new address you want, and we will update it for you.

We are working on a self-service email-change feature. In the meantime, support replies quickly.

Your data

We take a straightforward approach to the data created during tutoring sessions.

Conversation logs

Tutoring conversation logs are deleted on a 30-day rolling basis. Logs older than 30 days are permanently removed. There is no long-term archive of what your child has said to the tutors.

No model training on your data

We do not use your child's conversations to train AI models. The conversations are not shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third-party model provider for training purposes.

Safeguarding and privacy

For full details on how we handle safeguarding indicators and what personal data we hold, see our Safeguarding and Privacy pages.

A note on safeguarding

Mentor — the first tutor your child speaks to — is designed to notice signs of distress. If it does, it stops the session and directs your child to speak to you or call Childline (0800 1111). This is a built-in safety feature, not an optional setting. Read more on the Safeguarding page.
