Five steps from sign-up to first tutoring session — about ten minutes total.

Everything happens in a browser. No files to download, no terminal, no technical knowledge needed. Steps 1–3 happen on this site; steps 4–5 happen on claude.ai in the same browser window.
Before you begin
You will need an email address and a credit or debit card for the free trial. The trial costs £0 today — your first charge of £14/month (UK VAT included) only happens after 14 days if you stay.
The five steps
1. Sign in
Go to aitutors.me/auth/login and enter your email address. We send you a sign-in link by email — click it and you are in. There is no password to create or remember.
Check your spam folder
The email comes from
Mentor from AI Tutors <hello@mail.aitutors.me>. If it does not arrive within a minute, check your spam folder. The link is single-use and expires after a short time, so click it promptly once it arrives.
2. Claim your Founding spot and start the free trial
Go to the Founders section of the home page and click "Claim your Founding spot — 14-day free trial". You will be taken to a secure payment page to enter your card details. Nothing is charged today.
Founders price
The first 100 parents lock in £14/month, held for your child's academic life — guaranteed for as long as you stay subscribed, even after the standard price rises to £24/month for everyone else. The £14 covers Mentor and the full faculty of subject tutors we currently offer.
3. Open your install page and copy your connector details
After the trial starts you land on your personal install page. This page shows three values you will need in the next step:
- Name —
aitutors.me tutors - Server URL — the address Claude uses to reach the tutors:
https://aitutors.me/mcp
- Your ID — a personal code that starts with
aitutors-…, unique to your account.
Keep this tab open. You will paste all three values into Claude in the next step.
Your ID is required
Claude's connector form calls the ID field "optional" — but for aitutors.me it is not. You must paste your
aitutors-…ID or the connection will not work. Leave the Client Secret field blank.
4. Add the connector to Claude
Click "Open Claude →" on your install page. A new tab opens on claude.ai. Follow the steps on Connect on Claude.ai (web) to paste the three values and click Add.
Because you are already signed into this site in the same browser, the approval step that follows is near-instant — you will see a brief redirect and then return to Claude automatically.
It syncs to every device
You only do this once. The connector is tied to your Claude account and appears automatically in Claude Desktop and Claude mobile — no extra setup on those devices.
5. Start the first session
Open a new chat in Claude. Make sure the aitutors.me tutors connector is switched on. Then have your child type:
"Start a session with Mentor — I want to do some maths."
Mentor will check in on how they are feeling, then route them to Professor Pi for a Socratic maths session. For a full script of what to expect, see Your child's first session.
