Need a hand with Heddy? We’re here.
Heddy is the AI tutor app for KS3 students, built by the same team behind aitutors.me. If something isn’t working, you’re not sure how a feature works, or you need to change or cancel your subscription, this page is where to start.
Contact us
Email support@aitutors.me and a real person will reply — usually within one working day. This is the fastest way to reach us for anything: a bug, a billing question, a request to change something about your child’s account, or just a question about how Heddy works.
Managing your subscription
Heddy Plus is billed monthly, per child, and can be changed or cancelled at any time from your account’s billing page at aitutors.me/dashboard — the same account you signed up with. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you can’t find the option you need, email us and we’ll sort it directly.
How weekly turns work
Each child gets a weekly allowance of turns with their tutors, which refreshes on Saturday. Flashcard review and practice don’t use turns — only time spent talking with a tutor does. If a child runs out mid-week, everything else in the app keeps working; they simply pick back up when the allowance renews.
Your data, and deleting it
A full account of what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted is in our privacy policy. In short: conversations are kept for 30 days by default, we never sell anything about a child or show them ads, and a parent can ask us to delete an account’s data at any time by emailing support@aitutors.me.
Safeguarding
If your child is struggling, please talk to them directly or call Childline on 0800 1111 — Heddy’s tutors are built to point a child toward that number the moment anything looks like a safeguarding concern, but they are not a substitute for it. See our safeguarding page for the full policy.
Reporting a bug
Email support@aitutors.me with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot — it helps to know the device and iOS version. We read every message ourselves.
